Methods of payment We are happy to accept payments in GB £ online from all major credit / debit cards via PayPal.International customers can pay in US $ or euro € at the appropriate exchange rate. UK customers can also pay via cheque (drawn from a UK bank) and crossed postal orders purchased from a Post Office.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders within the UK will be posted free of charge via 1st class delivery (orders of £39 and under) or via 24 hour service courrier (orders over £39). International customers will have to pay the appropriate shipping charges which are set out clearly in the item description and on checkout. Items are sent within 3 working days of payment being received, in the unlikely event there is to be a delay we will contact you via e-mail with full details.
Returns
Any item ordered via our website can be returned for a full refund, for any reason, within 30 days of the posting date following receipt of the goods. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods using our contact form within this time. Once you have notified us of your intention to return the goods, they must be received by us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the posting date. We suggest you use a method of shipping that requires the recipient to sign for the package as we cannot issue refunds for goods lost in transit. All delivery costs for returned goods will not be refunded.
Damaged items
Any goods that are received damaged will be replaced once they have been returned to us. Due to the nature of the goods it is likely that we will not be able to replace the damaged item with an identical product. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss pricing and availability of a replacement item. If no suitable replacement can be found, a refund will be issued for the damaged goods including delivery charges. Time limits referred to in our returns policy (above) also apply to goods received in a damaged state.

However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask if you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We do not trade or sell any customer details and we do not allow any third party access to your contact details. We do not send e-mails about best offers or any products from our site unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.
